Benefits are added when Solution Travel arranges an eligible reservation. Share the hotel and dates you are considering, and we will confirm the applicable programme, rate and inclusions before booking.

Does it cost more than booking direct?

For eligible preferred programme bookings, benefits are usually added to a qualifying flexible public rate. We always compare the available options and confirm the rate and inclusions before booking.

Is an upgrade guaranteed?

Most programmes offer priority for an upgrade, subject to availability. Where a programme offers a confirmed upgrade at booking, we state this clearly before you reserve.

Can hotel loyalty benefits still apply?

This depends on the hotel, rate and loyalty programme. We check this for your specific stay before booking.

Can benefits be added to an existing reservation?

In some cases this is possible, depending on the property, rate conditions and how the original reservation was made. Send us the confirmation and we will check.
